During the transition from a casual, instinctive, chaotic, too rich and processed diet
to a conscious, voluntary, essential diet, there is a very delicate period.
A phase of gradual change, where old beliefs and eating habits come back into place on every meal.
It can be a stressful time, where the desire to eat healthy and the enthusiasm for new ingredients is stifled by laziness and the belief that some foods (to which we are emotionally connected) are indispensable.
It is important to have support during this delicate period, which is why I decided to be in service with my knowledge
